Digital Delivery

All R.I.C.H.O. digital products are delivered electronically after successful payment. You will receive a download link via email and through your order confirmation. No physical goods are shipped.

Delivery is automatic and immediate upon payment confirmation. If you do not receive your download link within 30 minutes, check your spam folder or contact us.

Supported Formats

Digital products are delivered as ZIP archives containing the relevant templates, guides and supporting materials. Files are compatible with standard productivity tools including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and PDF readers.

Refund Policy

Because digital products are delivered immediately upon purchase and cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds on digital downloads once the file has been accessed or downloaded. Our policy is consistent with the Australian Consumer Law guarantees.

We will consider a refund or replacement in the following circumstances:

  • The download link is broken or the file is corrupted and we are unable to resolve it within 5 business days
  • The product delivered does not match the description on the product page
  • A duplicate charge occurred due to a technical error

To request a refund or report a delivery issue, contact us within 14 days of purchase with your order number and a description of the problem.

AI Operations Pilot — Service Policy

The A$199 AI Operations Pilot is a professional assessment service. The onboarding pack is delivered digitally after purchase. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis prior to commencement of the assessment. Once assessment work has begun, refunds are not available.
